Discovery refunds

• Cancel before substantive fulfillment begins for a full refund, subject to payment-provider processing and applicable law.
• If we cannot provide the purchased Discovery service, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered purchase.
• Once substantive work has begun, refund requests are reviewed based on work performed, delivery status, your circumstances and applicable law.
• Nothing limits your non-waivable consumer rights. Discovery is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal.

Refund requests receive human review through our payment process. A request or approval is not confirmation that money has already been returned.
